« Class 1 trip to Safety Works | Main | Water Water Everywhere.... »
Safety Works is a 'multi-agency centre', which means there are people from lots of different organisations there to give information about keeping safe. We worked in groups to learn about keeping safe in the home....
We also learned about how important it is to be safe when using the Metro.
We also had some first aid lessons from St. John's Ambulance and practised putting each other in the recovery position!
We also discussed what to do if somebody was choking and the best ways to 'raise the alarm' in a variety of emergency situations.
We all enjoyed visiting the Police Station and trying on parts of the uniform!![]()
Some of us got into a bit of trouble and ended up in the cells........!
All of the staff there commented on how well behaved class five and class six were. Well done everyone! Another great trip!
