On Wednesday our year 6 children took part in the Kwik Cricket tournament. We took along our Ace A team and our Brill B team, as well as some fantastic supporters!
The morning commenced with 3 rounds of games against other local schools, including Rowlands Gill, St Agnes and Winlaton.
Our A team did really well, winning 2 out of their 3 games. Have a look at some of the action below!

Unfortunately we did not win, however we managed a respectable 5th, which was not bad as the winners, St Agnes, proved formidable rivals!!
We all had a fabulous time and enjoyed the experience of playing against other schools some of which could be our new friends when we leave Crookhill and join Ryton!
