Mighty Mercs visit Class Six!

« Evacuee Day | Main | Class 1 trip to Ryton park. »

On Wenesday afternoon Class Six were visited by 'The Mighty Mercs', who are a fitness organisation based arount the idea of army games. Our field was turned into a mini battle zone for the afternoon - there was even a helipad!

We all made sure we had the correct gear on...

We were all assigned different job roles such as medic, engineer, armoured and sniper. These roles came with certain responsibilities. We had to all work together to save our General!

As well as tactical thinking and teamwork, an important part of the afternoon was fitness. At the beginning of the session we all given pedometers to measure how far we walked (or ran, or commando rolled!). The person who went the furthest was awarded a prize. Well done to you Private Crosbie!
