Today Reception went to the campsite for our weekly visit. Today we were looking at using our senses to help us around our woodland area. In small groups we ventured into the trees and found a trail waiting for us. Miss Brown blindfolded us as said it was our task to get through the trees using only our hands and our feet to get to the end.
DSC02517.JPGSome of us tried to have a little sneaky peek by lifting our blindfolds.
DSC02509.JPGWe needed to make sure we kept hold of the rope all the time so we would not get lost. It was important to use our feet to feel for obstacles such as tree roots and fallen branches that might be in the way.
Reception class did a fabulous job of using their senses to make their way safely out of the woods. Well Done.
