Reception class got into the spirit of Chinese New Year by cooking some delicious Chinese food. Densie helped us to make some egg fried rice. We worked hard making sure the carrots were chopped up very small.
We had to beat the eggs making sure there was no shell in.
When the rice was cooked and the frozen peas were added we mixed it all together. We made mini omlettes with the eggs and sliced it up to finish off our dish.
SIMPLE! We are very proud of our dish and can't wait to try more when we visit the Chinese. Everyone thought our dish was delicious.
